Deviled Eggs

Anytime that I have gone to an event and there has been deviled eggs they always seem to be the first thing to go. I know I can’t just stop at one as I find them so satisfying to eat. This recipe is all about simplicitye. These are the kind you whip up when you are in a hurry.

10 minutes is the magic number for boiling eggs if they are medium in size, any bigger and you risk the center not being done. Boil the eggs and cool. Peel and slice lengthwise and scoop the yolk into a bowl. Add mayo, just enough to mix so it is creamy. Start with a little and then you can always add more. Scoop the creamy yolk back into the egg and sprinkle a dash of paprika on top. Refrigerate and enjoy.
